Replacing the Clearbit Logo API
Clearbit's free Logo API shut down in December 2025. If you want the same image URL back, use Logo.dev. If you want the whole brand from one call (logos, colors and fonts), we charge $0.01 per successful call.

What the Clearbit Logo API did well
It was the easiest logo lookup there was. Put logo.clearbit.com/{domain} in an <img> tag and the company’s logo appeared. It was free, it needed no key and no account, and there was nothing to integrate, store or pay for. Nothing we sell is that simple, and we will not pretend otherwise.
HubSpot retired it and shut it down in December 2025. Its sunset notice pointed Clearbit users to Logo.dev. If your logos went blank that month, that is why.
What changes if you move to JupiterFetch
It is not a URL swap. You call GET /v1/brands/{domain} from your server with an API key, and you get JSON back, not an image. The key is a secret, so it stays on your server and never goes in a web page.
In exchange, one call returns the whole brand as the site presents it, read live or from a cached copy that is usually under a week old: its logos (the main mark, a symbol, icons, and light and dark versions where the site has them), colors with roles such as primary and background, the typefaces it loads, its social links and its share image.
Every image is a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF on our CDN, with a cleaned-up SVG alongside when the site had one. Each URL works for at least 30 days after we return it, and you can put it straight into an <img> tag in that window. After that it may stop working, so download what you want to keep. You can keep a copy of anything we return: we add no attribution requirement and no time limit on stored copies. The marks stay their owners’ property, and how you use them is your responsibility.
We read the live site when you ask rather than looking the domain up in an index, so what you get is current. It also means a site that blocks automated requests gives us less: sometimes a thinner profile, sometimes a 424 site_blocked error. That error may carry a partial profile, but never images, and it costs nothing.
How each of us charges
We charge $0.01 for each successful call, paid up front as credits that never expire. New accounts get 100 free credits once, the smallest purchase after that is $10.00 for 1,000 calls, and errors cost nothing. Nothing is charged unless you buy credits or switch on auto top-up.
A repeat call for the same domain can be answered from our cache, and it still counts as a call. Fetch a brand once and store what you need, rather than calling on every page view the way an <img> tag did.
Clearbit’s Logo API was free and no longer exists, so there is no price to set against ours. Logo.dev, the replacement HubSpot recommended, has a monthly free tier and paid subscriptions. Its prices change, so we link to Logo.dev’s pricing rather than copy them.
When to choose Logo.dev instead
If what you miss is the Clearbit shape, an image URL per domain that goes straight into an <img> tag with no server code, choose Logo.dev. It is built for exactly that, and it is where HubSpot sent Clearbit users. It is not keyless the way Clearbit was: it uses a publishable token, which is designed to sit in client-side code.
We have no image-URL endpoint. Every logo we return comes from a server-side API call, so if you cannot run code on a server, or do not want to for a logo, we are the wrong tool.
Choose us when you want more than the logo from one call (colors, fonts and links, read from the live site), and paying per call suits you better than a subscription.
Getting started
Sign up and verify your email, and your account gets 100 free credits. Create a key on the API keys page, then make your first call.

Where you used logo.clearbit.com/{domain}, use logos[0].source. It is the brand’s primary logo as a raster on our CDN, and logos[0].vectorUrl is its SVG when the site had one. Download the file and serve your own copy, or use our URL directly: it works for at least 30 days.
Two caveats. When we find no real brand mark, logos[0] is the best favicon-grade image we found instead, and quality.coverage.logo is false: check that field if a small icon would look wrong where you put it. And the partial profile on a 424 carries no images at all, so keep a fallback for when no logo comes back, as you needed one for a domain Clearbit did not know.
