You pay for answers, not attempts
One credit is one successful call. A brand profile we fetch fresh and one we already have cost the same. You are paying for the answer, not for how hard we worked to get it.
Errors, timeouts and blocked sites are free. If we cannot get you a profile, you are not charged for asking, and every response tells your code how many credits are left so running out is never a surprise.
Buying credits
The minimum purchase is $10.00, which is 1,000 calls. Credits never expire: buy them once and they sit there until you spend them, however long that takes. They are non-refundable, and there is no plan to pick and nothing that renews on its own.
Auto top-up is optional and stays off until you turn it on. Switch it on and we top your balance up from your saved card before it runs out, never spending more in a month than the limit you set.

One call, one answer
Ask for a domain and wait. There is no queue to poll and no job to track. Most profiles come back in a few seconds; slow sites take longer, and you can tell us how long to keep waiting. If we run out of time, you are told so and charged nothing, and asking again shortly afterwards usually answers straight away.
