Terms of service

What JupiterFetch is, what it costs, who owns what it returns, and how it may be used.

Operator

JupiterFetch is operated by PerfSpot LLC, a Delaware limited liability company(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the API or the MCP connector you agree to these terms.

JupiterFetch is a hosted API. You send it a domain; it returns that company’s brand profile: logos, colors, typefaces, images, links and metadata. We operate the service: the fetches are made by infrastructure we run, the cached profiles sit in storage we control, and requests about either are ours to answer.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and API keys secure, and for all activity on your account, including calls made with your keys and by AI apps you connect.

What it costs

JupiterFetch is paid for with credits, bought up front. One credit is one successful call, and calls we cannot answer cost nothing. There is no subscription: nothing renews, and nothing is charged unless you buy credits or switch on auto top-up.

Credits do not expire: once bought they stay on the account until they are spent. They are not refundable. Auto top-up is off unless you turn it on; while it is on, we charge your saved card when your balance runs low, and never more in a month than the limit you set.

Brand assets

Logos and images JupiterFetch returns remain the property of their owners. Hosted copies are provided so you can integrate them, for at least 30 days after delivery, and you are responsible for your use of them.

Acceptable use

The API is for looking up brand information about domains you have a legitimate reason to ask about. You agree not to use it for bulk harvesting, not to use it for anything unlawful, and not to evade or attack its rate limits, bot checks or other protections, including by sharing keys or opening accounts to get around them.

Service provided as is

JupiterFetch is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Brand profiles are built heuristically from what a site publishes: a low quality score is a normal result, and nothing returned is warranted to be correct, complete or current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PerfSpot LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the service, including your use of the brand assets it returns, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using JupiterFetch at any time, and can ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate an account, or revoke its keys and connected apps, if it breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts it at risk.
